The sheet linked above lists products approved by the FDA as New Drug Applications (NDA) with patents included in the US FDA Orange Book that have government rights disclosed in at least one of the products’ patents.
(The list will continue to be updated as patents are added or removed from the Orange Book over time, and as corrections concerning the federal funding disclosures and assignments are issued.)
